The Quick Coupler is easy to use provided you have strong thumbs. Also, it can become jammed with the fine grind (for pastry) flour particles if the mill is used for making pastry flour. So a most satisfactory method of cleaning the Quick Coupler frequently is suggested. I am using Dawn soap, water and liquid rubbing alcohol in a soaking solution.

Instructions for use of the Flour Mill include the important step of cleaning the mill after each use. I cleaned everything but the Quick Coupler. My error. The frequency of cleaning that component should not be overlooked. I have now learned that and will correct my method at the next use.
