Description
Soft White Wheat is high in fiber (6g per serving), which supports digestion, and it is a good source of niacin, phosphorus, zinc, iron and thiamin and is an excellent source of copper. Low fat diets rich in fiber-containing grain products, fruits, and vegetables may reduce the risk of some types of cancer, a disease associated with many factors.
